is pretty accurate. Think 60s beat stylings with quavery female vocals.
Their "Introducing" LP is ironic/period all the way, from the selection of
cover versions thru the clunky artwork right thru the (spot-on) playing (on
period instruments, natch) & arrangement down to the stubbornly mono
production. It's groovy. Well I dig it anyhow. Recommended, but don't expect
wild garage freakouts. They have just finished a second LP which is being
mixed ATM and there are some live shows coming up in the autumn.
