Oh, in a lot of European countries(UK Holland,...), original 45's have a
center in the middle. So there's not a big hole in the middle but a regular
lp-sized hole. This center is often punched out making it a larger hole like
the U.S. 45's. When this happens it decreases the value of the record.
Having that center is a big concern to many collectors and will depreciate
the value of a record. You can always tell if the 45' had a center because
there are always bumps or small indentations left around the center hole;
they never punch out clean. Hope that helps, Tony
