the go

to get the record straight, matthew smith is not in the go. he's only a 
replacement after they kick out someone in the band(which happens alot!) and 
to say that jack white had nothing to do with the go is a croc of shit. as i 
said before, he wrote 2 songs on the album(ask anyone who's heard the album 
and "Keep on Trash" is always a favorite) played lead guitar, and was in the 
band when they got signed to sub pop. if you ask me, i still like the band, 
but the best material they ever recorded was a live show with the original 
line-up. they were young and wet behind the ears, without any ego or 
attitude, and it's just some great straightforward rock and roll. they don't 
even play any of the songs they used to. such a shame, they were really great 
fucking songs. later...ben
